new rare Scart USB device

I could not find much info about this device
it seems is a new capture device which you can connect the Amiga through scart and see it in your PC monitor, is just 22$ btw
I wonder which is the quality of the image of this device through scart

anyone have used this device? or have more info about this?

Most likely it only captures composite video (and/or possibly S-video) from the SCART socket, no RGB. So it wouldn't work with a typical Amiga RGB SCART cable.

Here they advertise it for Video Tape Back-Up.

It does not seem to have Memory or a CPU and is therefore over priced.
The Dongle type (shown bellow the listing) are much cheaper.

Most likely it does forced deinterlace and is a stickler for broadcast standard refresh frequencies.. ;-)
