Re-downloaded. See there is a small difference in the archive size. Now working .
I did not compare with MAME but as far as I remember the arcade game, looks as beautiful... whaou !
As I don't know which games were released for the sharp X68000, so instead if any other Nemesis, Gradius, Salamander or Parodius are available, I follow ransom's choice .

You dont need to mess about with japanese language on the emulator. Simply launch the game and it plays via the emulator. I thought thats a great idea.

All games load without issues and I am really impressed, as they are all "arcade" quality games. Gradius, Ghost'n Goblins, Alien Syndrome, Undeadline :
I am also surprised as the scrolling is fast (almost no slow down) even on the poor laptop I am using now .
Never heard about Undeadline and enjoyed a quick "slashing" of some monsters .
I definitively put these games in my "to do" list. Will see how good I am still with my reflexes .

PS : I really do appreciate the "stand alone" mode of these games. Once at a time, small and portable on any USB stick. Thank you for this

Thanks again for uploading these packs

The games are brilliant and Prince of Persia is about the best version I have seen and played (I still die though) . I can also now see why these computers are so expensive to buy second hand, its because they run such excellent games.

Thank you ! and A MEGA BIG THANK YOU for "Vulcan Venture". You didn't knew it but it was my favourite shoot'em up back in 1988/1989 !!! The gfx are still amazing !
All games load fine .
One issue though : Intro sequence of Arcus Odyssey, the landscape is scrambled (see thumbnail). Only this part of the intro has a gfx issue. Gfx in game is fine (but going diagonal with the keyboard is horrible ! ).
Scorpius has a funny shoot system... have to go used to .

yes...that error in the intro of the arcus odissey I also have it .. I guess it is the rom of the game that is defective but if you press the start button on your joypad, you jump at the beginning of the game and it works perfectly.

Alrighty, then I take it that you don't need me to upload any of these?

The above were downloaded in 2006 and I haven't even looked at them since

What I like the most about x68000 is the sound chip (same on CPS).
