Atari ST port of Last Ninja 1

A few years ago an unreleased Atari ST port of Last Ninja 1 was found! It's complete and fully working, but the odd thing is it has the music of International Karate, IK+ AND The Last Ninja! Pretty neat! And it looks and plays nice! Would be cool to have this ported to the Amiga! Meynaf?

@TjLaZer, I've moved your post above out of the Ports / Conversions --> Amiga thread.

That thread is for keeping track of "completed" Amiga ports, not requests; otherwise it will fill up with quickly with various stuff...

Also IMHO, considering the Amiga already has these "Last Ninja" games and "IK+", not really sure why anyone would bother porting the Atari ST version over when the only difference you mention is a mix of music:

... IK+
... Ninja Remix
... Last Ninja 2: Back With A Vengeance
... Last Ninja 3

Ninja Remix is a pretty good Amiga version of Last Ninja so porting the Atari version is indeed not really necessary.

ninja Remix use the dual format.

You can run the game on ST or Amiga with the same set of disks

I know that as I own the original. Never tried to run it on any of my Ataris though.

Atari ST port of Last Ninja

This is not Last Ninja Remix, it’s the first game. Last Ninja 1. And it’s a pretty nice port on the ST.

Didn’t play through the whole game or anything but the first level is completely different to Last Ninja Remix.

Just thought it would be cool to have this version on the Amiga as well. Especially with the cool triple music!

Looks the same to me

I mean; briefly watched YouTube videos of both versions; just the first 6 screens on each and they were identical...

Amiga: (start from 0:32)

Atari ST: (start from 11:12)

Last ninja remix starts indoors, last ninja 1 starts in a park. Different indeed.

Nah man, did you even look at both videos I posted above?

You're talking about Last Ninja 2: Back with a Vengeance...

Never mind, I was just playing the Commodore 64 version and it has a different level which is why I said what I said. How lame of them to do this. LOL

Still irregardless, would be nice to have an Amiga port of Last Ninja 1 like the ST has:

Atari ST:

Amiga:

It's more a title question.
As far as I remember the original C64 levels are all available in Amiga (but maybe in a different order - not sure anymore)

C64 (1987) : The Last Ninja -> Amiga (1990) : Ninja Remix

@TjLaZer : Regarding the following "QUOTE", do you know if puzzles/screens exists in the ST version you mentioned of the "The Last Ninja" that are not present on the other available Amiga versions ?

Edit: forgot to mention it but some part of the site you linked @TjLaZer is naughty

The Atari ST version of the original The Last Ninja were scrapped to make The Last Ninja Remix, but there was an unreleased version of The Last Ninja that was found for the ST that is complete and fully playable version of the Original game that the C64 had. It weirdly has 3 tunes in the music. The site said it was the music from International Karate, but if you play the game and let the music play you get a nice treat! All 3 songs play in a loop. IK, IK+ AND The Last Ninja music! I tell you what! That is a damn nice treat as I love all three songs! This game is amazing!
