A4000 CSMK2 boot error (yellow+rainbow+reboot)

Hello,

I have an A4000D that shows this error when booting:

It is a revision B motherboard with 2 MB Chip RAM and 16MB Fast Ram
Socketed Super-Buster 11
Cyberstorm MK2 50MHZ 68060 with 64 MB RAM

When power on it shows a yellow screen, then rainbow screen and finally reboots to do the same again.

I tried with a WarpEngine cpu board (changing the jumpers settings of the MB ) and I only saw a black screen and nothing else.
Trying the CS MK2 in the other A4000 (changing jumpers settings) and I only see a black screen too.

The crystal of the CS MK2 isn't soldered to the board (I can plug it out)

I don't know what to do...I have read that a yellow screen is related to a SuperBuster chip problem. That is why I tried to test it with the WarpEngine...but I didn't manage to make it work

when testing ur 060 in the other machine u have to install first the specific 060 and 040)dummy libraries - have you done this first? or plug out everything so the disk insert animation should appear (harddisk) - one of my 4000s shows the same Problem and on my 4000 i m sure its coming from the defetive clock battery -its leaked- and so shortend the pins of smd ICs in this area - i m sure ill fix it when i find time - i know how to solder - i removed already the batt -
- so i suggest have a look at this area
