I use several programs....
Fixdisk http://aminet.net/disk/salv/FixDisk.lha
As I read the original track method repeatedly until the program tells me it's OK and provide for and to write it to a second floppy disk to not alter the original disk.

As methods for cleaning the floppy-disk may seem stupid but shake the floppy-disk, try to manually move by spinning the disk inside me gave results with floppy-disk stay for 20 years.

Using the program Disk-Test read several times and making the floppy-disk you clean this floor plan.

These more or less are the methods that I use, then I resort also Deksid to manually repair the disk structure, but also to make the copy format adf using the function "print block"
http://aminet.net/disk/moni/Deksid210.lha

(Sorry for my bad english, I use google translator)

Thanks for your tips, and your English is totally understandable - surely better than mine. The only thing I am not sure I understand is "making the floppy-disk you clean this floor plan." Could you explain this? Even in Italian if you prefer (I'm Italian).

I'll try these methods and report the results here as soon as possible.

I have some questions about them. Here they are.

If you'd rather communicate privately... mandami un messaggio privato.

Can you please tell me what command you use?

It looks like it doesn't work in WinUAE (version 2.8.1, tested with both KS ROM 1.3 and 3.1). :/

You have to know that file's format, don't you? E.g. for OctaMed something like this:
ftp://ftp.untergrund.net/users/buzz/...s/med/mmd2.txt

This is just to copy the byte reading (as opposed to repair it), isn't it?

Thanks again.

It is understood that the programs you have to use them on a real floppydisk not in WinUAE.

SuperCard Pro has an Amiga disk recovery utility that I designed exactly for cases like this. You should clean your head constantly while dealing with dirty/moldy disks. Debris on the head can transfer and/or scratch disks.
