Who knows Amiga Pang inside out?
I just wanted to ask you guys on which is the earliest level the "helper monsters" (crab, bird etc) start appearing, as I wish to determine which Pangs in the TOSEC database are based on the beta and which are based on the final.
I appreciate your help in all ways possible! |

simple, the final version has the pets flying or appearing on screen, when the
BETA has not them. |

That's what I meant in the first place - but I was asking do these monsters not appear until a certain level? Level 3? Level 16?

Hey MethodGit,
These posts were taken from the EAB/Lemon Super League General Discussion thread: Quote:

Hopefully blade002 can shed some light when he's online Oh, and from memory the "helper monsters" start appearing from level 3. Could be wrong though as the competition was quite some time ago now. |

The proper version is Cracked by Proj Inc. and has a +4 trainer
Which you would know if you used GameBase Amiga... |

Pang original can be written back on disk easily. I have a WWARP version beta that allow to write back the game with it's protection.

If someone was really clever, they could freshly crack a Pang original and allow it to be written in ADF format, hence a clean ADF!

The Proj. Inc version works perfectly with all the "helper monster" enabled.
I also completed this version during the EAB Games League so it's been tested 100% |

Cheers for your help, everyone! Now I've just gotta let the PSPUAE guys know that their emulator appears to make Pang quit by itself during the second world every time....
