Rotoplex
I came across a demo of a puzzle game called Rotoplex on a magazine coverdisk (The One, probably 1991 sometime - but I couldn't find the magazine).
Does anyone know if this game was ever released? It's by The Assembly Line, and the demo is dual format - for both Amiga and Atari ST. It's not in HOL, and the only mention of it I can find online is in Fiath's copy protected coverdisk thread, and some info about the demo on the coverdisk in question. |

I haven't got the slightest clue how to play this. Please, anyone with the March 1991 issue of The One, do us a favor by scanning in the review from the magazine. Thanks. Last edited by andreas; 08 February 2005 at 16:11. |

The disk is labelled 'THE ONE - APRIL ISSUE' when you insert the disk in WB, so it may actually be from the April 1991 issue.

I just uploaded into "TheZone!" a standard ADF file of Rotoplex (the original one is in extended ADF format but is unprotected), successfully transfered and tested on my A500.
Enjoy ! |

Nice one Vollldo
...is this different to the 3 level timed demo that appeared on a dual format (ST/Amiga) coverdisk of The One (Issue 30, Mar 91); available on AGtW? http://www.abime.net/games/view/game/id/5283 |

Ignore my question Vollldo...
I can see from the file in The Zone!, "Rotoplex - The One - Issue 30 Mar 1991 (demo-playable)[unreleased][ADF from extended ADF].zip" |

Yes it is the same disc, but transferable on floppy or usable with a Gotek / HxC contrarily to the ADF initially posted. I would have been a great one ! You're welcome, my pleasure DamienD;
