How do I "clone" a CF to another CF? (Containing 3.1)

Dear all,
I have an Amiga1200, which came with a 4GB CF containing 3.1. I am about to install the newly released AmigaOS 3.1.4, but I wanted to make an *exact* clone/backup of my existing CF card, just in case if I make a mistake.

Question1:

How do I copy/clone/backup a CF to another?

Question 2:
Is there a guide there to show how to open up an Amiga1200, and A600?

If you have a PC, download win32diskImager and use that to make an exact image of the cf card. Use a usb card reader to attach the cf card to the pc. Don’t try and access the cf card, just plug it in, launch win32diskimager and clone from the cf cards drive letter to a file on your hard drive.
