PET range of Commodore Computers
I'm just a little curious regarding this line of computers.
While browsing the Amiga Lounge via Amibay links I noticed he has too items listed from this range. One item was $1,800.00 and the other $2,400.00 and the site is in Canadian dollars I assume. Is this really what people would pay for this setup? who would buy such items? Not usually fussed about these types of things but in comparison to other things listed on his site these are way out of the ball park Thanks for any comments |

I haven't priced PETs, but that seems way high to me..
Yes, they were some of the earliest of the mass produced computers, along with Apple and Tandy... So they have their place in computer history... But that seems way high, even given that... desiv |

Yes, that's what I was thinking, guess he's hoping someone who wants one is desperate enough?
Thanks for your interest |
