Amigastore.eu communication

Hi folks.

Just want to know if anyone have problems getting a response from Amigastore.eu? I've commented my order with a question and even emailed them via their sales email and so far no response.

It's an order for a Vampire 500+ V2 and was placed in December, and I'm wondering why I haven't heard anything from them.

Is it normal?

Thanks.

Try contact again. Amigastore are an effective shop, for my experience.

Ok thanks. I'll wait a day or two before emailing them again. I was just worried about the whole thing since I've heard nothing from them.

I would send another email yet, I imagine that the Christmas period, between holidays it is easy to lose an email.

I got a response from them today. They had been swamped in orders and emails and were furiously trying to get everything done. So the Vampire is on it's way! Woohoo!

Well ain't I unlucky. UPS lost my package with the Vampire in Spain.

So now Amigastore is figuring out what happened to it. Darn it.. Should have had it today.

The weird thing is that there was tracking information on the package all the way to Frankfurt, Germany. But apparently that was not REAL tracking info but was estimated tracking info.. WTF? I could have known a week ago, if they just listed the physical tracking info. I have no idea why they do that, but it seems contrary to good customer service to me. Had to call them to get the real scoop on the package. No more UPS for me.

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles whit the shipping...
UPS is, usually, very good but sometimes it may happen that they make a mistake. In my experience, in these case, they are usually able to send the parcel back to sender... at least, this way it isn't lost...

Yeah I'm a big fan of Amigastore. Made several orders and they always come surprisingly quickly.

Well UPS wrongfully sorted the package and after 4 days it was found in Helsinki, Finland. Did the Vampire card want to go skiing before it was stuffed inside an Amiga for the rest of it's life?

At least it's on it's way to me now.
