Games is not Valid
So I have one of the 4gb Transend CF disks
By mistake on DH1, I pressed copy and it filled up the drive. I then got a checksum, I have ran repair over it using DiskSalv 2 But I cant delete the copied files, or any files? Any advise? |

Not sure if that's fixable, I haven't used FFS since the 90's but validation errors were always a nightmare. My advice is to change file system if you can to PFS3-AIO or SFS. It will require formatting and starting again with your partitions though.

Beware Transcends, they seem to be a bit unreliable with Amiga on IDE. I have bad experience with a few. Use Sandisk instead, its stability is proven.

I have heard this actually!
On a similar note, when I copy from the IDE transcends to the PCMCIA (blue and white CF card, cant remember the name right now), after a few mins copying it just stops. Is this expected? |

Could be. Transcends are unpredictable, they often result in checksum errors. Sometimes even R/W error occurs.
