EAB/Lemon Super League 2018: Round 7 Game Vote - MYSTERY ROUND

EAB/Lemon Super League 2018: Round 7 Game Vote - MYSTERY ROUND
Starts: 00:01 April 29th Finishes: 23:59 May 12th

Rules

Full rules are here.

Vote for five games.

Your first choice gets 5 points, second 4 pts, third 3 pts, fourth 2 pts, fifth 1 pt.

Remember to choose games suitable for competition play. Edited votes will be discounted (unless told otherwise) so think before you post. Please only vote on one board - either EAB or Lemon.

The winners of Round 6 have double voting power for Round 7. (1 = 10 points, 2 = 8 points etc). However, because the voting for the next round ends before the current round ends, players must place their votes and wait for the current round to end to see who will have their vote doubled. If one person wins both games in Round 6 their vote is trebled.

Tactical or nosey voters can see the Lemon voting thread here.

This is the vote for the first Mystery Round of the season, so only games nominated during the nomination period can be voted for. Please choose your votes from the games listed below:

American Gladiators
Astro Marine Corps
Baby Bug
Challenge Golf
Cybersphere Plus
Dimo's Quest
Dragon Breed
Encounter
Eye of Horus, The
Global Gladiators
Globdule

Motorbike Madness
Ninja Warriors, The
Prophecy I - The Viking Child
Rackney's Island
Ultra Violent Worlds

I like Airball but I have doubts about it's suitability. The objective is to search for specific items in an enormous mansion made up of over 300 rooms. It takes forever, you have to make maps to remember the correct routes, and unless people are willing to use guides and longplays to help them, I doubt anyone will find even the first item needed during the three week round. Not to mention it is absolutely full of unfair death traps.

That's not my main objection though. You don't actually get any points for completing the objective. You score points completely at random, when point scoring items randomly appear in when you enter a new room. It's a score leechers paradise and you can simply walk back and forth between a few rooms without any hazards in them and pick up all the points that spawn as you do it.

The score system is an arbitary afterthought IMO and doesn't in any way show who has played best. It does show who as survived the longest, but you can survive forever without taking any risks, whereas someone who tries to complete the game will die frequently. I can't see it working in the comp.

Thanks for the info capehorn. We'll look into a replacement for it. Removed Airball.

There is a game worse than Airball in the list, it's Globdule, it takes 10 hours to finish it; without pause, just glass of water
I never want to play this game again for a contest

4 games currently at the top, separated by only 1 point. Only 1 game will be played in round 7.

4 days remain to get your votes in.

Nice to see you Harry. You are the only one who uses the signature bars, but I think its amazing you are still Rank #5 since 2014, thats great consistency! Nice even spread of medals, I think Rexsu's is also impressive:
