* Updated libcurl to 7.61.
* Optimised AES encrypt/decrypt routines with asm by Tetsuya Isaki.
* Updated libjpeg from jfif-44.9 jpeg datatype by Henryk Richter.
* Compiled with FPU support. FPU required.

I do not think it's necessary anymore. all vampires already incorporate FPU

Not when they'll include AGA. Then FPU has to go for size reasons (on V2 vampires).

I know, but you can switch to AGA or RTG+FPU. it is clear that we are going to use for Netsurf, right?

What is the last version that will run without an FPU? Since I'm in a situation where I have a 1200 with an '30 but no FPU, I'll need to track that down.

Same here.
It shows something I misunderstood about the Amiga when I had one.
I never had an Amiga with an FPU and never ran software that asked for it, so it didn't come up, but I used to think that the way it worked was that if you didn't have an FPU, it used the software floating point libraries. If you had an FPU, you would add libraries that "pointed" to your FPU. So that all software would run on all Amigas, just much faster if you had an FPU. Wasn't too long ago when I realized that wasn't how it worked. ;-) ;-) Oh well..

* Fixed NetSurf freeze on window move when LimpickClock priority is below 0.
* Fixed 100% CPU usage.
* Fixed French keymap.
* Fixed Restart button in Preferences.
* Added playback of internet-radio.com radios.
Choose AminetRadio in mp3 player field under Prefs/Other tab.
* Update feature speeded up by using compressed exe. Needs unzip in C.

NetSurf 3.8 grows and is increasingly stable even if I see it a bit 'slower than the first versions.
Created a video showing NetSurf 3.8 run Video from Youtube and run directly MP3 from the AmigaRemix website, as reported in the review you can use as MP3 player also AminetRadio (tested and works well):

hmm, on my A1200 with Apollo 1260 and AGA Netsurf crashes after double clicking its icon. MUI libs etc are all in their corresponding places. Couldn't trace the problem so far...
