EAB/Lemon Super League 2008: Round 9 Game Vote

EAB/Lemon Super League 2008: Round 9 Game Vote

You can find the full rules here, but briefly:

- The voting for Round 9 starts now and will end at 11:59pm UK time on Saturday, September 13. Round 9 will start on Sunday, September 14.
- Vote for 5 games.
- Remember to choose games suitable for competition play. If you don't, then you will get the treat of a PM from me, asking you to change your vote. If you still don't change it your vote will be discounted.
- Your first choice gets 5 points, second 4pts, third 3pts, fourth 2pts, fifth 1pt. Except for john4p who has double voting power for the third leg - his first choice will get 10pts, second 8pts, third 6pts, fourth 4pts and fifth 2pts.
- Edited votes will be discounted (unless you are told to edit it, and even then you can only edit the game(s) that aren't suitable) - so think before you post. Also you cannot vote for games that have already been played.
- Please only vote on one board - either EAB or Lemon. You can only vote once, and also it could cause confusion if you post your vote on both boards - it's easy for it to be counted twice by accident.
- If you want to see what the Lemon lot are voting for, click here.
- If a game comes in ECS and AGA versions, please state if you want to play the AGA version or not in your vote. If you don't specify we will assume you want the ECS version. If that game wins the vote we will count up the number of ECS and AGA votes and go for the version with most votes - unless the two versions of the games are exactly the same gameplay-wise, then we will use both.

Games Already Played: Super Stardust, Pinball Fantasies, Deluxe Pacman, Jump 'n' Roll, SWIV, The Chaos Engine, Turrican, Alien Breed, Alien Breed 2, Lotus III

Bugged Games:

Lotus 2: The different online versions all have different scoring systems. If Lotus 2 is played everyone must use a special version that will be provided by this board, in WHDload and ADF format. (UAE requires A1200 setup, High-Density floppy drive, 4MB Fast RAM)

Anyone is welcome to vote, play and chat at any time. May voting commence...

Katakis is a good choice blade. I must admit that something like Leander or P.P. Hammer would also be nice

Yes Katakis is that perfect blend between R-Type & X-Out and is seldom talked about or mentioned just like X-Out is seldom mentioned. And i most definitely have no qualms about the choice of Leander & P.P. Hammer !!.. both a very FINE games!!! and are excellent choices from you CD

The main reason why i cut Turrican 2 from the list is not because i don't love it, but just because i still haven't fully recovered from my last bout of it when TF trounced everyone!!

Eventually though, my Turrican willpower will come back!

There's currently an offer for 4GB-USB-sticks at a German electronic store: only 13 Euros each! Maybe you'll find a similar offer down under...

That is 8000 times as big as your current memory!

It's said that you can't load what you saved to them if you exceed 2 GB... Be careful blade not to learn too much
