Mmmmmmmmm.
Let's not let this descend into anything resembling a petty argument. No wars! |

Hmmm, have to go with sensible soccer.
Played both of them, but sensible is always the one I remember most, and generally the game I prefer. |

I voted Sensible Soccer because it's better, but please no arguments, I don't want people to 'kick-off'

Voted for Sensible Soccer too, though I must admit the Kick Off games do have a certain nostalgic value. AND I also vote for *NO* hot Kick Off versus SWOS arguments, please.

I'm crap at both, but I voted Kick Off since it kickstarted the whole genre.

SWOS all the way guys
It took what Kick-Off started and inproved/refined it to produce the better game.. Even though, there are gonna be fans of kick-off, let's remember that both games are available on the Amiga |

Sensible Soccer, for sure.
The only Dino Dini game I enjoyed was Goal!, but still it's no match for old Sensi |

I thought Total Football was okay-ish. Pretty simple control once you learn how to use it.
And Manchester United Premier League Champions and The Double are probably the best alternatives to SWOS or Kick Off. I should give Manchester United Europe another go to see why it's so popular. I know I hated it when I played it back then. It didn't have very good controls. Oh, and European Champions is an okay game too. Strange kontrol system and sticky ball, while controling two people at a time for some reason. But I thought it was fun. A norwegian magazine gave it 6/6. Weirdos. |

Okay, on a serious note, I voted for KO2. Sensible Soccer is easier to get into and that's why it appealed to people who couldn't play KO2. On the other head, KO2 needs a lot of practice and all I can say is that I still discover new things 14 years after its original release. I played KO2, Goal! and SS to death and I breathe for the first.
