Femme Fatale Datadisk

I have found Datadisk 3.
Seems to be an official release, but i am not sure!
I have no proof, except the disk(not an original) itself.

Can you upload this please? It's probably official.......my original copy of Femme Fatale V3.0 said that 9 data disks were released and actually included data disk #9 with the game.
