They're all tools with their uses.
How far would you take the no shortcut rule? No use of alias or symlinks?

On a test PC, I manually disabled some "features" of this telemetry-OS but "by magic" the changes were canceled...
I then used a Windows tweaker and 'tada', "magic" again...

Maybe the link you provided point to a more efficient program but no time to test it now.
WinAeroTweaker disables the telemetry and other Win10 shenanigans. If you're using it prior to an image build Sysprep doesn't like the changes within this program - but for a standalone setup it's fine.
