Top: Some kind of Shepherd mix
Middle: DPS PAR, for recording and playing real time video, needs a TBC-IV though mostly for live video. Not a DPS PAR, not sure what it is either.
Bottom: Some kind of DPS card, in PCI format so probably not really for an Amiga. I can't quite make out the writing on the lower right corner DPS 743-???

Top one looks like a TBC? Second one has an Adaptec chip on it, SCSI controller perhaps?

Must be a version 1 TBC as it only has three BNC connectors, most had 4 (timing in, timing out, video in and video out)

Most TBCs 2-4 were 8-bit ISA, just for power. That looks to be a 16-bit ISA card edge.

Yes most definitely they aren't for Amiga. Unless it's some particular thing for an offshoot like Draco, those are not cards you'd use on an Amiga.

That is except the ISA card, which might be a TBC which you could use with some video equipment for the Amiga, like a Videotoaster. If it is a TBC.
Just look at what that marking is on the PCI card, DPS 743-??? And search for that.

No, not knowing what they are. A TBC-IV for Amiga use is about $50 lets say as an average price. PC PCI Capture cards are generally pretty cheap for old stuff like this. Who knows though.

Looking at the alignment, I suspect they go together. Probably some sort of video editing card & hd recorder for old PCs.

Edit:
I’m guessing this.
“The DPS (Digital Processing Systems) Perception ISA video capture card.

The DPS PVR-2500 Perception Video Recorder (PCI-bus)
for Intel and DEC Alpha Windows NT workstations. An optional
AD-2500 real time video capture daughter card adds component,
S-Video, and composite video inputs to this high-end product.
The AD-2500 is the actual capture card in this product which is
a "digital video disk recorder system".
