So lets get realistic: No show at Cebit means no show this year.
And more realism: How on earth did anyone expect OS4 to be more than hot air? Look this way: What you need to develop an OS is _manpower_ , many many hours of it. It doesn't matter how elegant the design or anything, there's just no way around the fact that you need to throw massive manpower at the task to develop and entertain a modern OS. Now it's safe to say that A-OS4 to this day recieved about 0.000001% (or less) of the manhours that went into Linux, for example. Did you really believe a handful of developers working in a shed in Germany could rival any of the available OSes? Btw. the future is named GNU/Hurd |

I hear Andy Warhol has agreed and is willing to do a 2003 or 2004 Amiga event.

Retroman is right.......you can expect vaporware from AI, but not Hyperion. Hyperion has delivered on everything they ever said they would release for Amiga and, moreover, they have done so in recent times when there has been little or no money to be made from the Amiga market.

They're not alone...
Apparently, some big names decided not to show up at Cebit. Ericson and Adobe won't be there for instance.

Can we stop moaning? I do have faith to Amiga Inc and to Hyperion and I believe that OS4 will be out soon...
