FA: Indivision / Toastscan External Scandoubler & Flicker Fixer
Here.
Arguably the best external scandoubler & flickerfixer for the Amiga. Works great with A1000, A500(+), A600, CDTV, A2000, B2000, A4000(T). Also known as the EZ-VGA, MV1200 and AmiScan http://amigahardware.mariomisic.de/c...cgi?HARDID=377 http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/toastscan I'm not the vendor, I am just advertising for an acquaintance. |

Ahem
I know Alexh is a cool guy, but if you don't apply the rules for everyone, there's meaning in having rules at all ... (also I can't understand why alexh is doing this for him cause he's already posted the link in the proper place) |

Seeing this go for that much is making want to get rid of all my amiga stuff and just stick with emulation from now on.

I honestly didn't know about said rule. I will follow it in future.
I just looked in the Marketplace forum, didn't see a posting from Mr.Luff and thought I'd try and help him out as he's trying to break the previous record for an external scandoubler set earlier week of $910 (£453, €576) I actually said I thought there was no profit in making a NEW scandoubler. I still think this is true. £500 hardly covers the cost of a weeks R&D let alone prototypes, production costs, tooling costs etc.) But you never know Last edited by alexh; 28 March 2008 at 14:19. |

Oh well, I'm happy with my current solutions, even though they are not tailored for Amiga. |

WoW! I can not beleave the prices on external scandoublers these days.
Last year bought my external scandouber MV1200 from somebody off Amibench for $85.00 and price includes shipping. Infact, it was about this time last year when I got my scandoubler. Works great too! Just wish Amibench was still around. |
