Greetings from Brisbane, Australia!

Hello everyone!

"old" Amiga fan here. Grew up with a C64 back on the farm in Victoria, then my big brother bought an Amiga 500 from a little computer store in Benalla when they first came out.

The rest as they say, is history. Loved the stuffing out of that machine (and was very sad when he took it away to Uni in Melbourne with him). Never forget being blown away by the graphics of Defender of the Crown on that amazing little Amiga monitor (romancing the girls! oooh eeerrr!).

And now, three decades later I finally 'own' one of my own, well the A500 Mini at least :P

Great little machine! I've got the C64 mini as well but that one, well to be honest its good for the nostalgia value but I haven't actually used it that much. The A500 on the other hand I've probably used a couple of hours a day, every day, since I got it on release day!

Welcome. That Amiga Mini has been a great success I think and looks like to community has already found ways of pushing it further. Enjoy the ride.

Hey Muzcat! Geelong is a wonderful part of the world. Visited there a few times while I lived in Victoria.

Move to Qld 23 years ago as I found Victoria do darn cold, but would consider moving back there when I retire
