any easy way to synchronize two folders?

On Amiga OS:

I have a source dir & a dest dir

I'd like to

- copy the non-existing files
- copy the files which have been changed
- don't touch the others

I don't care about deleting the files which aren't in source anymore.

Any easy way to do this? I have ClassAct, which is good but doesn't have such an option.

Backup is great, you can use the "Backup" option just to copy / update files from source to destination or the "Clean" option to remove from destination the files not present anymore in the source (like the --delete option of rsync on *nix systems). Great tool with a simple and functional GUI.

I can recommend BackUp too (using it for several years now). You can use the GUI or as a command line tool. Works fine in a script for automation. If there is a function you miss, just contact Daniel.
