Cybervision 64 With Indivision Aga
I have a 4000D with an Indivison aga scandoubler/flickefixer and just recently purchaesd my first zorro graphics card a Phase 5 Cybervision 64 3D which has a connection for an optional scandoubler on board, is there any way to get both my indivision and cybervision working through the same monitor. I am using a modern PC tft monitor which works ok with the indivision AGA.
I would like the the higher resolutions of the Cybervision when using workbench etc, but also like to play all my old whload games collection using the amiga native display through the indivison aga. Any advice would be appreciated |

Does your newer monitor perhaps have two inputs?

Interesting... the "Internal Connector for the Optional Scandoubler" I wonder what that does? Is it an automatic switcher?
http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/cybervision643d You can see the official scandoubler connecting to the CV64/3d via this connector. I wonder which direction it is going? Or even if it is video? EDIT : I *THINK* it is a one-way VGA bridge from the CV64/3d -> Scandoubler module meaning the Scandoubler module must have had the switching hardware on it which would make it useless for the Indivision AGA |

True. The scandoubler module has the switching hardware in it, so you connect your only monitor to the SD.

http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?p=696452#post696452 hint: cv64/3d delivers the r,g,b,h,v signals and gnd on the 10 pin header. AND 1 pin is high/low as switch-signal (the single line on the backside of the pcb) |

Until such time as Ratte's automatic switcher is available, here is a super-cheap manual option for you:
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/4-Ports-VGA-M...item4a9b86a065 I use one at my "funstation" & it works great PZ. |
