BlizzardPPC ROM is not recognized

Hello Toni!


The current version of WinUAE dosn't recognized the BlizzardPPC ROM.

It is. It is recognised by file name. You have to rename it to the right name.

It is flash rom and boot menu settings are stored in same flash chip. Can't use checksum based check.

Why not to calculate checksum of immutable parts then?

How and who is going to decide which part is supposedly not going to change? What if some copies flash with corrupted not-checked part? It would be detected as valid.

My decision is: if it is flash with config data, I am not going to use checksum checks.
