create device failed

hi,
when i launch a game (d3dhq2x) and after f12 choose a game which use d3d hq2x too -> create device failed.
i add all you need (i hope).
The last worked version : 1.5.1 beta 8
first broken version 1.5.1rc1

Does this mean loading another configuration? Not just changing disk or something like that?

i have to add : you are under workbench you launch an application or a game you quit, you are back on the wb then you launch a second time the application or the game -> create device failed.
For sure the application or game must use aga or ecs or ocs.
For testing you can use amikit, don't forget to set d3dhq2x, launch amikit, then launch nexus7 -> quit nexus7 ->launch again nexus7 -> create device failed !

Guess no one really uses d3dhq2x filters besides you and can't be bothered testing them

It is time to fix D3D in 1.6 betas.

I still can't duplicate this. Very clear step-by-step instructions please. (not some wall-of-text(tm) replies either, please)

How can turrican3 even use hq2x? I've got a pretty decent modern computer, but I notice severe slowdowns in Turrican 2 if I use that filter.
