Flashback multi-platform frenzy 0mgx0rz
Cyx buddy has now gone and made Flashback a multi-platform dream, following on from the movie player from last year.
http://membres.lycos.fr/cyxdown/reminiscence/ Let's just hope this doesn't get smacked down too, eh? |

It does work, but with sound glitches.
Now that you remind me, the Mac version is far superior to the PC one, higher res gfx, would be nice if the guy added support for it. |

Hey guys!
I built the Amiga 68k version of this nice engine, but there's seems to be some problems with SDL_Delay() func, at least on my Amithlon box: sprites move too fast and game's unplayable. I tweaked the old SDL sources and now everything seems to work just better, but I need some testing with a real miggy. If there's anyone inhere interested in helping out, drop me a line. |

nice project for ppl wanting to tune up thier msdos version but im quite satisfied with my amiga and megacd versions of flashback.
speaking of multiplatform i was at one point writing a guide/walkthrough for flashback which was meant to cover all versions and include details of the differences. i got bored of it eventually as i didnt have access to the jaguar version anyway. |
