Amiga 500 IDE/FLOP
I have just done a new way of attaching the /ACT signal off of an internal IDE expansion on to the floppy access led , so that the floppy access LED lights up with either Floppy or IDE access .

Just a little detail on this project .
It is designed to replace the Q503 transistor inside the A500 and flash the floppy access light when the /ACT signal goes low on any internal IDE interface . It could be used for any active low signal in the amiga , so could be used to monitor , for example , the /reset signal . Therefore could be handy for repairs as well . |
