yellow reboot
The machine: A500, 1 meg chip (512k onboard, 512k supra ram), 2 meg spirit insider, icd adide/40 controler, 540 meg hd, rom 2.04 and 1.3 on a kickswitcher. Power supply modified 250 watt pc power supply. I can duel boot off the same hard drive into 1.3 or 2.1 workbench. Softrest and get a yellow screen.. some times it guru's also after reset.. any idea's ? system does run fine.. Installed is the Amiga green alien addition on the drive..
should i worry? lost |

Probably the Spirit is the culprit, re-seat it.

Here ya go its a little vague.
http://www.amigahistory.co.uk/selftest.html. Remove all the addons and retry to see if you are getting the error then. It sounds like there is an initialisation error. Could be the externals, only way to find out is to go back to basic machine |
