[Found: Super Cars II] Car Racing Game
i used to play it on my A500 around 1993-4, u had to have the genuine game since it came with a manual which enabled u to enter the game, there was like this symbol everytime u load the game(i think it changes every time) where u have to enter like a password/code to play the game, if u enter the wrong code u cannot play the game.
i think you could see the cars from top.

its was a car racing game and i think u could mod ur car like make it faster and stuff, since after winning races u get $$ .. that's all i remember..

Defintely Super Cars II
 ...even after your vague description  Use the Skid Row cracks, they will allow you to get past the manual protection and play until your heart is content
