What is the difference between the 4 CyberStorm SCSI options?

This is with WinUAE 3.3.0.

When selecting an HD Controller I see "Accelerator (CyberStorm PPC) [2]" and [3] and [4]. What are they for?

Also, when creating a 20GB .vhd in RDB mode, why does it say "8063.5/20480.0MB"? (The full line is "16383/16/63, 16514064/41943040 blocks, 8063.5MB/20480.0MB").

First value is IDE CHS max capacity.
