Probably not as amos is unable to handle aga graphics.

I don't like it. In the original, the snakes were smooth but now they're kinda cracked. The logo wasn't smooth shaded, it was banded with some dithering. The logo didn't have that enormous "+" mark on it, and the graphics were way worse; at least keep it faithful to the original.

As valid that your points may be Dunny, I fear that you will need to post your comments in the Fakebook group.

...people these days just don't really care about comments on real / dedicated Amiga forums that have been running for decades; it's all about the number of views on social media networks where they get the most exposure

the + is due to the fact that this is BARBARIAN PLUS, mean not an enhancement of the original but a remake

I don't know whenever it think remake I always hope they've changed it. Why remake it in he first place if it's exactly the same. No one wants that and no one wants to do that, unless of course it's going on a different platform which is not the case here.

It's not like barbarian is that broken it needs to be fixed. It's a great game for the time without any real issues.

Yes, some entirely new backgrounds would give it freshness; this just seems to me be in the middle where it is neither authentic nor fresh. But we will see with the final version.

The only fact that I dislike from screenshots is the obvious axis mirrorring of the background.

You can be pretty sure that the remake authors won't bother reading it should they see several pages of unrelated posts.

As far as I know it is OCS/ECS only but at this stage a lot of things can change.

Someone mentioned it runs full frames on amiga 1200,I'm assuming you'll need at least an 020 to run the game smoothly.
