Good job everybody.

I think the index should be added in home page (at least in the end).
I am eager for this to complete and then the (painstaking) organizing/cleaning job.

Be careful when copying files, since filenames are not unique among all parts. E.g. "Empty.adf" could be present in several parts. Same names, but each contains different contents. If you copy all ADFs beginning with E to a new dir, you'll overwrite all except one of them.

I have left the original directory structure intact, i was just interested in seeing a list of the actual contents in one listing. there are indeed some empty.adfs that you will see when extracting the zips

Very nice collection. Never seens such accurate labels with printing!

The cartons with 400 pcs, 500 pcs

How do you study all this? Do you learn from books by yourself or also university?
I did this all by myself. There where no books in those days and no University.

I also have them in a database called My Amigafile (Softwood File II). Also a backup called "Diavolo Backup" and also using "Ami-FileSafe, de facto standard Filing System fo your Amiga.

I used a STAR 24 pin printer that I still have. Took me some time to fix the labels. It is still working.
There is also a date and disk number on the backside of the disks.

Hi mate,

I spotted a few mistakes in file size within your list:
22,528 Afterburner USAversion.adf
0 Alpha.adf

that is the size of the files so there must be an issue with the source. Afterburner is in disk1 and is only 22,528 bytes so definately a source issue as the zip file is not corrupt

Alpha is in part3 and is zero bytes

In the startup of our little project I made a few errors with disk that couldn't be converted to ADF because of errors or being a nibble copy. Those disks are aside for kryofluxing but I just forgot to delete the bad result.

Hello
Just 2 remarks
As the disks in the collection were intended to be swapped certainly the most are adf-isable (disks without protection nor special format)
Some disks may contain viruses that are 'stocked' here: me in the 80s when I was swapping/copying disks and encountered a new virus : I archived it on floppy for analysing his code later

Question:
Is there a place to upload an adf collection ?
