WHDLoad Games - Mouse Speed/Acceleration

Does anyone know if there is a way of enabling mouse acceleration or otherwise increasing the mouse speed of system-friendly WHDLoad games? Dune 2 for example uses the default WB 1.3 mouse speed without acceleration which makes it quite difficult to play, when run from Workbench with acceleration on it takes that setting (but has other issues which hopefully the slave fixes).

For Dune 2 you can use your own system-configuration file (find it in data/devs/ directory). However, with fastest setting it is still to slow and I would recommend to play the non WHDLoad version.

I've started improving CFou! source. WHDLoad can configure "POINTERTICKS" so mouse is faster.

Here's what's going to be done

- adapted to whdload v17
- one unique .slave file
- mouse speed increased TODO/TOTEST
- lockup at house selection screen fixed (fast cpus) TODO
- select language using whdload menu instead of typing TODO

Yes, I had lockup with fast cpu on house selection screen. With "approx A500 speed" it worked... More work

Thanks both - the pointerticks/system-configuration change has helped with the mouse speed and I will await the updated slave.
