So everyone makes a joke, but you target me for riling up. You won't. I was joking. If you don't get that by now, well, what can I say...

You silly, with Vampire you can just allocate a dumb framebuffer and do all your pixel writing on the fast CPU.

True Amiga style!

Based on the amount of flames it generates, loan it out to Burger King

Oh no! Technology ruined a pun!
If you had a Vampire this would not have happened!

Remember that obnoxious kid from your street, the one that back in 1993 kept on saying Amiga will never run Doom as well as a PC?

Find out where he lives these days and invite him over.

Why do people seem fixated on running Quake and useless 3D things.

you can understand this only, if you ever created a scene, waiting hours or even days,
not to mention weeks for animation to finish - back in the days.
those 3rd party tools, doing physics with some scene objects - it even takes hours emulating on my 3ghz wintel machine,
if you setup the scene in the wrong/non optimal way - eg. too many objects - collision detection and stuff.

user with broadcaster32 or videotaster cards would enjoy some new accellerator aswell.

Well it seems to me the best use of a Vampire also requires a time machine.

Use it to run all the software that you can't for free in WinUAE of course.
