Version 1.2 accepts 16 bit modes, but obviously does not work correctly. If your gfx card has 15bit modes, you should choose one. Perhapas you have to make them visible in Picasso96 by tooltype or env variable (there is one which is called Hide15bit or so, use PVS to change it).

Im thinking there not going to show up if uae didnt detect them as possible modes (check bootlog).

i checked clickboom site for latest update, but although the old game sites are stillthere, the front end is completely different so i cant find patch. could you upload it and ill see what happens here.

EDIT: I think i found patch. I remembered "The Patches Scrolls" site is good for Amiga stuff.

EDIT2: Well i can replicate the issue :/ Unfortunaly no combination of p96 settings seems to be able to fix it

Is it possible to show 15bit modes, but have the emu redirect to equivilent 16bit mode ?

shapeshifter mac emu seems to do such as you run the emu in 15bit mode, but can only select a 16bit amiga mode, it seems to run ok.

on my amiga when making modes, 15 and 16bit come up as same option although only appear if set to unhidden with the only difference being number of accessable colours.

I have been thinking and....

that gfx bug on Nighlong can be a bug on P96' uae driver instead a main winuae bug...who knows
also it can be a bug on the rtgmaster library

Turrican3,

can you test please Nightlong under E-UAE under linux and post here results?
