2x Filter effect: How to?

I'm looking for a way to recreate the effect the 2x (and similar) filter in WinUAE does. You know, rounding the corners without blurring the image or using anti-aliasing. Basically, how to make this:

Is there any way to do this to images apart from WinUAE screenshots? Like, a plugin or filter for photoshop?

Oh well, I found a workaround to this.

I just converted my images to iff files, opened them in DPaint, and took a screenshot of the WinUAE screen

Without antialiasing, that would appear more to be Scale2x rather than hq2x.
