If you have a bit of time, checking s2325's contributions thread (gems, PD games etc...) around the date he posted this picture will probably give the answer.
Hopefully he will have posted a video at that time.

Otherwise:

1) Does Ranger-RAM makes sense? First time I have encountered that.

2) "Utilitiesed" hints towards a non-English developer. Probably not French either (not the way a mistaken wording would be spelt).

3) I guess s2325 gave us good hints to look on HOL: action game and rare (so probably not 1 or 2 stars)

About Prime Mover, i can say that i have rediscovered it recently.
Imo it gain some points running it with extra ram or directly with an A1200 or better... not bad at all
