The name says [OS] which means not only that there are still PC partitions on the disk but even OS (Windows) files. You have to remove all PC partitions and better also the MBR to use the drive in WinUAE. It just tries to prevent you from danger, i.e. from deleting your Windows drive.

Used 'EaseUS Partition Master' to remove the partition and Bingo !
