SRAM and the CDTV
I recently purchased an accelerator card from Fitzsteve here so I no longer have a need for my stick of SRAM which can be seen here:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=300401295490 I know for a fact it works just fine in the A600 and A1200 as I tried it on bith however I've had a question from someone wondering if it will work in the PCMCIA slot on the front of the Amiga CDTV. Does anyone know for sure? |

CDTV doesn't have a PCMCIA slot so the answer is no.

Never seen one up close before so he must be mistaking a slot on the front for a PCMCIA one.

Don't have a CDTV but I think it is some sort of custom memory card slot.

Come to think of it that would make sense as I coul dhave sworn I read the PCMCIA stuff wasn't installed into the Amiga's until the A600 and A1200's were released.

The original CDTV (not the CDTV-CR version, only a few made) have a custom memory card connector in the front bezel.
No PCMCIA. |
