Possible to extract dictionary from Scrabble (US Gold)?
According to the help files on the disk, Scrabble (US Gold) contains a dictionary of 134,000 valid words. The dictionary has many quirks in terms of what is and isn't allowed to be played, which makes me wonder if it is possible to extract the dictionary in plain text so it can be examined? Does anyone have the knowhow to do this?
Thanks |

Thanks for looking.
I don't have much knowledge of this stuff, but I was always impressed that they managed to fit it on a disk. I imagine to achieve that it must have been compressed or encoded to such an extent that extracting it is not a simple task. |
