Something happens on the screen when you press the arrow keys. Is there any way to fix this?And I think it's not bad to do it by mapping rather than fixing it.

Right...you're running workbench 3.1 with kickstart 3.1 rom, and you're launching the whdload version of Nicky Boom 2 from within the workbench environment... m'kay.... I can recreate that, but I quickly add it's not how I play this (any) Amiga title...

Note: I don't use the whdload version, just an .adf file

In fact, it works that well, I'll have to suspect some part of the emulator input code is mapping simultaneous dpad movement and generating/sending the appropriate code to the emulation engine.
