Some games for TOSEC
Mai (or anyone else who adds games), in the zone is games_for_tosec.zip. I tried to rename the images according to the standard, but feel free to adjust any mistakes I've done. Not sure if it's any use, but I also tried to create "info" based on what Mai pasted earlier:
Code:

Uploaded games_for_tosec2.zip to the zone. Attempted to name time files according to TNC. The Pinball Fantasies course disks are quite different from the Skid Row ones already in TOSEC, so I'm guessing Spreadpoint since that's what my main disk was. Some of the differences between Trolls disk 2 and the non-alternative version already in TOSEC are obviously disk errors, but I don't know about the rest (is it possible to find out somehow?).

Uploaded games_for_tosec3.zip to the zone. Some of the differences between Fighter Bomber disk 1 and the non-alternative version already in TOSEC are obviously disk errors, but I don't know about the rest.
The Bubble Bobble disk is one I put together myself from two broken disks or something a long time ago. I only added it because the executable is different from all the others in TOSEC (it has a few NOPs inserted for some reason, not by me). I'm not sure if Chessmaster is cracked by All Stars, or if they just tagged an intro to an already cracked version, so I wasn't sure what to name the file. The executable is different from all the others in TOSEC, but it also doesn't work, so I'm not sure if it's worth keeping (it just prints "This Chessmaster is an impostor!" and quits). Strange, because it used to work when I had it on floppy, and there are no data checksum errors. And while I'm at it, game_compilations_for_tosec.zip is in the zone. That's just about it for games. I have picked up the archives and checked them.
Most of them you will find in one of next TOSEC releases. I am not adding sets, where we already have a lot of alternative version. Anyway, thank you very much for contributing, there are some rare ones. |

Are there others that won't be added? I'm cleaning up my disk/file "collection" and try to decide if the stuff not in TOSEC is worth keeping. |
