WINUAE Network gaming?

Is there currently any way to emulate a null modem to play games over a lan (or maybe even the internet) ?

Any help appreciated, really wanna get some multiplayer Populous going.

You can try a program called Serial to Ethernet Connector 5. This will emulate null modem over lan / internet. Stunt car racer and lotus 2 worked over lan. never tried over internet.

The UAE edition of Kaillera works pretty nice with a good number of games.

We have currently closed any downloads because Horace is busy creating a little program to make choosing and playing an Amiga game more streamlined and easier to setup. It should be finished relatively soon.

If you go register with the site and ask for someone to make or upload the Populous pack, then I am sure someone will help you out, maybe even me.

no skateblind no

linkup of serial-link games is not possible with kaillera, sorry. Only "sharing" of an emulator where two players would normally be on the same screen.

Thanks guys, I'll give 'Serial to Ethernet Connector 5' a go.

Time to teach the kids what good games were like
