compact flash size ?
What is the largest memory size Compact Flash card you can use in the 1200's PCMCIA slot ?

Using an up-to-date version of compactflash.device and Fat95 (or another "modern" filesystem), there's no significant limit. Both are compatible with modern addressing schemes (TD64) so there's no 4GB or similar limit. In theory it's only limited by the limitations of the Fat32 filesystem, which IIRC is in the terabytes range, so nothing to worry about for a few years yet
