Not being able to run and shoot at the same time in Resident Evil 1-4, and Silent Hill too.

Jet Set Willy - if Willy wants to get to bed after a hard night partying, he should tell his wife not to be such a bitch, not spend the rest of the day cleaning up the (frankly disturbingly populated) house

Leander.

As far as I can remember, you can't crouch and fire at the same time. Just like real life, hey...

Shadow of the Beast - you must kill main boss by hitting his foot, he is a wizard/mage but he is using club like ape, also when you die in castle or tree your skeleton is in forest/woods for some unknown reason (game over screen)
Turrican II - you can jump on boss gun (first level) and he is defenseless
Yoshi's Island - those eggs must be painful to him

How comes I have a rocket launcher, a grenade launcher, some proximity mines, some remote mines, various machine guns, plus a tank. But I still can't get through this closed wooden door?

(Various games - example weapons taken from Goldeneye).

I actually really don't care about this, inventory limitations annoy me greatly Hurray for the devs for not wanting to make a fantasy RPG realistic!

On the topic of Gothic 2: the drop distance that kills you is way too low. And then again, if you drop off a mountain into shallow water, you survive!

Learn acrobatics then I find Gothic 2 to be a 'quite' realistic RPG, but that the inventory is limitless (while nearly all other RPGs have either a weight and/or slot based limitation) stumped me a be tbh.

Escaping the hospital in It came from the Desert. Why is it I can't just walk out of the hospital? Why do I have to try and escape?
