I've had a quick look onto it, will read it later at work. I've found a few faults so far which worries me enough to ask if you have used some kind of correction instance to make sure you doesn't look retarded somehow? Commodore launched the A1k at '95? Seriously? Did anybody read this?

Oops sorry did I say 1995 my mistake that was a simple typing error. I do know my history quite well. I was the Guide at the Museum of Computing for ten years that was a simple typing error. I know it was 85 ... I even stated the date in the Preview issue.

Admittedly I use some proof editing software but this is a simple case of a slip through the net. It checks grammar not fact accuracy. I am the only guy proof reading so mistakes may occur.

Thanks for pointing out my error I will step up my vigilance next time.

No offense mate, really. You need someone else reading your stuff before publishing anything, period.
Fresh eyes will find mistakes and errors 100x faster than yourself.
BTW: MB is megabytes, Mb is not. Same for kB/kb, GB/Gb and so on....

None taken... I knew some errors may slip the net. You probably know yourself when staring at information for weeks on end things become a little blurred.

I have organised a few proof readers so hopefully I should be able to minimise errors.

Cool mag. Love the addition of the old ads between the articles, great idea. Had a laugh when I saw the Commodore A500 ad on page 13.

Interesting read, thanks. I hadn't considered the implications of the retro moniker as applied to gaming until now. I wonder if it's treated as a special case since no medium dates faster than gaming; the technology has evolved further and faster than any of the other art-forms you mention so yesterday's big thing inherently looks antiquated.

Hopefully since the buy it nows are too expensive at silly asking prices these days you can get one for under £100 on the ebay bidding wars as you know you definitely want a real AMIGA 1200 now.

Don't cave in to the grammer police mate. Just continue what you are doing. I hate grammer police with a firery passion so I don't take any guff from them anyway. When I can be bothered I do try myself to do grammer but if I fail at it I just leave it anyway.

I'm starting to talk like your Mr Grumpy Ol' Man segment already about Grammer police. I wonder if he is going to steal part of this ramble due to getting all these Grammer Police about Issue 1.

I hope Adz and Ste from The AMIGA Lads has a segment sometime as they are passionate about the AMIGA. They even promoted this on Facebook so they do read this topic too mate. Their segments would make an interesting read especially since they know how to repair parts of the AMIGA on a budget as well as they know their games as well.

Ok guys... this is a question that I don't like asking ... I admit that.

I have no objections supplying the magazine for FREE.

However I was considering looking at Patreon. This allows people to offer a small donation if you believe that you believe the material produced is worthy of your time. It's not a subscribtion service so you can give as little or as much as you like (minimum is $1 I believe).

Some may think I am being cheeky but I like to believe if I can offer a better service then I will and it would help if it was funded someway.

As I said I do not want you to think I am begging for money or trying to charge per issue. I just wonder what you think and if you believe it is good enough.
