i stand corrected i have just checked my Rainbow Islands (hit squad), on my A600 and indeed it shows the title screen above

is there a cracked version, with original loading screen and that works on A1200?

I assume you've already checked all the TOSEC versions? There is an additional Flashtro crack in the folder 'Games/rare_games/GamesTrainers (not in TOSEC)/Flashtro - Single Disk Archives' on the file server. Not sure which version it's based on though.

In the end, the guys on former GAEB would turn out to be right that the "Rainbow Project" ones *ARE* betas/prereleases...still no clear answer after all these years...

And yes, what I stated back in 2004 is exactly that: only THESE versions with the "Taito/Graftgold/Ocean" logo are 100% sure retail versions, no way to claim that with any certainty for the "non-Taito" versions, as I'd like to call them.

Old thread i know, but did anyone test the tosec avaible versions to tell which one is the US one ? The color of the second player is different on the US version, a little detail but if a cracked version exists it would be nice to know. I don't have the time for now to test all the avaible ones, so if someone has the answer... .

Just dug my old Amiga out of the attic and took this screeny. Was this a common version?

I had a feeling years ago this might be unusual. I don't own a 1200 but I'm happy to post this disk to someone who does (pref UK), as long as it's returned to me after.

I have an A1200 and I'm based in London if it helps - I can only run Kryoflux free though, as I have no physical hardware for it Will that be enough for preservation purposes?

Rainbow Islands

I didn't buy this in a shop. It's just a copy, just to be clear.

Is it still wanted?
