Dataflyer SCSI to IDE+SCSI?

I've noticed some Dataflyer SCSI cards available recently, that have pinouts and labels for adding IDE hardware.

It looks like a very small amount of hardware. Basically 3 chips, a few resistors/capacitors, and some pin headers.

Does anyone know EXACTLY what would be needed to add the IDE feature to these cards?

Seems you need to add DTACK PAL, the BUSS PAL must be changed into a SCSI/IDE version, most likely the firmware EPROM needs to be changed. Then the easy part: three 74LS254s + the resistors above them (you can decode them from the pictures on amiga.resource.cx) + the IDE pin header.

The PAL contents need to be found from somewhere, this is probably the difficult part.
