This is making me so curious, I might explode! Why are you specifically looking for puzzle games with level codes?

Thank you for the suggestions so far. I love discovering new games!

gimbal, im not going to tell you because I want you to explode! Only joking.
1) When I go between two Amiga's I can carry on from where I left off
2) Some puzzle games that I enjoy like Atomix, dont have a save feature, and its take me 20 minutes to get to the level I was stuck on last so it gets tedious.

Aw man. I was expecting some amazing reason. Well you're lucky to still be completely new to these games, the Amiga was excellent for puzzle games. Even low-key efforts such as the Power have a wicked charm to them.

I haven't thought about Troddlers in years. Used to love that game.

Wizzy's Quest is not on the list yet. It only has a password every five levels though.

A game with flawed controls but I am a sucker for the cutesy graphics and sounds.

I don't recommend Brat. Hard/frustrating as hell & not really a puzzle game.

But ... Curse of Ra !
Deflektor, no passwords but + and - to change levels.

Puzzle games have always been hard to classify, usually a game with puzzle elements is included. I mean is lemmings a puzzle game? IMO not really, but you do have to do some problem solving and optimisation.

Brat falls in the same category. Except an order of a magnitude harder to play.
