Bad zipfile offset (local header sig) error when installing ClassicWB

I have been trying to get my ClassicWB install put onto my real Amiga however each time I zip up the file in Mac UAE and transfer it a flash card, copy it to the Amiga and try the boot disc to unzip the System file I always get the error: the
Bad zipfile offset (local header sig) error
Does anyone know what could be causing this, is it something maybe caused on the Mac side, copying the data or the emulator itself? Thanks in advance!

Try to unzip the file inside UAE with the same program you use on the Amiga. If this works, then the ZIP file is ok and there is something wrong with the flash card.

Where is the flash card connected to on the Amiga? IDE? PCMCIA?
How is it mounted software-wise? RDB? DosDriver?
What's the MaxTransfer setting?

If the ZIP file fails to unpack in UAE, then use some Amiga program inside UAE to create a new ZIP file. Or use LHA or LZX instead.

Thank you for your advice thomas, I will try to unzip it in UAE to see if there are any errors, the flash card that I use for the transfer is a brand new AmigaKit PCMCIA kit, bought the CF card from them just in case of problems. I will get back with the MaxTransfer settings, I was just thinking about that too, maybe I need to put in a lower setting.
